Job Description

AMREP Vietnam is looking for talented Quality Engineers with excellent leadership, investigative, problem-solving, and quality management skills to coordinate and implement sustaining quality engineering activities at our partner's supplier sites. You will use your expertise in supplier quality engineering to ensure that the production is consistent with our partner's quality production outcomes. You will also be responsible for resolving quality problems, investigating root causes, and providing added technical expertise to our partner and their suppliers.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working with the world's top electronics brands and will give you exposure to international best practices in quality manufacturing.

Requirements

• Supplier development, auditing, training, and evaluation
• Quality Management System implementation
• Process and internal auditing
• Yield improvement
• Managing incoming and process line quality
• Quality performance analysis (SPC) and process improvements
• Corrective actions and problem solving
• Process validation and qualification
• New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities
• Leading quality improvement activities with quality teams

Candidate Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in mechatronics, electronics, industrial, production, or mechanical engineering
• Any experience in metal materials and metal processes will be a bonus
• Team leadership skills and ability to work with middle and top management
• Strong understanding of quality management tools and excellent demonstrated practical application of these tools
• Strong knowledge of NPI processes
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• English at professional proficiency
